Nicole Kidman was seen arriving in Venice on Saturday to collect her prestigious Film Festival award - just hours before confirming her beloved mother Janelle had sadly died. The actress, 57, was being awarded the Best Actress actress accolade for her role in Babygirl that night but ended up not being in attendance for the event after the family passing. Instead, her director Halina Reijn read a statement from the actor, revealing that Nicole's mother Janelle died at the age of 83 while she was in Venice.
