Sabrina Carpenter's fans are calling her 'iconic' for performing her new single Taste in front of the song's rumored subjects: Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello. She performed the spicy track — which seemingly hints at a love triangle with her past rumored flame Mendes and his ex Cabello — during the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards on Wednesday night in New York. Carpenter and Mendes were rumored to have dated in early 2023 but the romance was cut short after he reunited with on/off girlfriend Cabello for a Coachella kiss.
