Just three months ago he was black and blue, covered in bruises from his horrific cycling accident. But Gordon Ramsay revealed he's back in the saddle as he stripped off for a Men's Health UK cover shoot. The TV chef, 57, showed off his ripped abs and bulging biceps as he performed press ups before slipping into his Lycra to pose back with his bicycle. Gordon also spoke out about nearly dying in a horrific biking accident in America, that left the father-of-six with a huge purple bruise.
