As another series of Strictly Come Dancing begins this evening, there will be a host of new celebrities battling to lift the famous glitterball trophy. Last year saw soap star Ellie Leach soar to victory with her partner Vito Coppola, while wildlife cameraman and presenter Hamza Yassin was crowned champion in 2022. Strictly has been on the air since 2004 with a total of 21 celebrities having taken home the Glitterball Tropy so far.
