Amanda Holden revealed she's 'completely covered in bum butter' ahead of her mammoth bike ride from Cornwall to London. The Heart Breakfast presenter, 53, will kick off her 250 mile cycling challenge on Monday, clocking up six hours a day on the road. Speaking on Sunday, she admitted she's fully stocked up on 'bum butter' to help prevent saddle sores as all her pals keep sending it. Amanda also joked that she'll be 'as ripped as Davina McCall' by the end of the week as she burns though 15,000 calories a day.
