Millie Mackintosh may have suspected there was something fishy about her friendship with Meghan Markle when an invitation to the royal wedding failed to arrive. Now, the former Made In Chelsea star, 35, has got the smart set talking again by having salmon stem cells injected into her scalp. The non-surgical anti-ageing treatment is said to help treat hair loss by encouraging follicles to grow again. 'I wanted to try a scalp treatment for a while, so I've had some exosomes injected into my hairline to help promote hair growth,' says Millie, whose forebear invented Quality Street chocolates.
