February will mark a full year since Hairy Biker Dave Myers lost his battle with cancer, but best friend and long-time colleague Si King is still expecting him to walk through the door. Myers, whose TV cooking shows and travelogues with King made him a household name, passed away on February 28 aged 66, two-years after confirming his cancer diagnosis. And his surviving co-star, 58, whose friendship with Myers dates back to 1992, admits he often fools himself into believing he is still alive.
