Home and Away veteran dies after cancer battle: 'One of the best'

A beloved member of the Home and Away production crew has died. Bruce Murray, who worked as a key grip behind-the-scenes of the soap, had been battling stage 4 oesophageal cancer for more than a year before his death. Past and present stars of the long-running Seven show took to social media to remember their cherished co-worker. Emily Weir, who plays the character of Mackenzie in the series, included a clip of Murray joking on the Home and Away set in her tribute.
