Jono Castano has revealed that his focus on fitness is now as much about his mental health as his physical being. The celebrity personal trainer, who welcomed his first child earlier this year with his ex Simone Holtznagel, tells the Daily Telegraph that as he gets older, his priorities have changed. 'It's crucial to find balance between work, relationships, and self-care' the 33-year-old said. 'Prioritising time for family, health, and personal interests alongside professional commitments leads to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
