The pop singer, 39, worked a pair of tiny, studded denim shorts and kinky boots as she caught the performance at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California on Wednesday night. Katy's thigh-high leather boots clung to her legs while her black denim shorts were bedazzled with metallic studs.
