Lily Allen cut a casual figure as she returned to Chiltern Firehouse in London on Friday after her slim frame sparked concern from fans. The singer, 39, layered up in a grey Miu Miu gilet as she strolled into the venue, after having celebrated the 10th anniversary of the celebrity hotspot a night prior. Lily teamed the gilet jacket with a ribbed navy blue jumper and put on a leggy display in a checked pleated skirt.
