Love Island star Courtney Stubbs begged her Instagram followers for help on Tuesday when she found a 'badly injured' man on the side of the road in Bali. The Aussie reality TV star, 26, and her partner Jack Millar discovered American tourist Nariman Vaziri, 34, in a 'life or death situation' following a major car accident. She rushed the man to hospital in critical condition, but doctor's were unable to operate on him without the permission of a family member.
