Adam Nightingale has shown off his two-and-a-half stone weight loss in new snaps. The barber, 33, recently appeared on E4 reality show Married At First Sight where he tied the knot with Polly Sellman, 28, and complained that she wasn't 'what he had expected' because he likes smaller women with darker hair. But now Adam has gone through a transformation and has been hitting the gym to tone up.
