Ian Thorpe has listed his luxury Sydney home in the upmarket suburb of Woollahra on the market for a jaw-dropping $3.5million. The Olympic gold medalist, 41, purchased the exquisite four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse in December 2017 for $2.75m. He previously listed it on the market for $3.7million in September last year, but failed to find a buyer at that price. The exquisite two-storey property sits on 250sqm and features spacious rooms, an outdoor swimming pool and a breathtaking outdoor tropical garden.
