Reese Witherspoon looked like she was ready to step into Elle Woods' shoes at the Shine Away conference event in Los Angeles over the weekend. The Morning Show star, 48, looked phenomenal in a short-sleeved pale pink dress that was belted at her trim waist and featured buttons down the front and pockets on the skirt. The dress fell to just below her knees and she wore her long blonde hair parted in the middle and falling down her torso in loose waves.
