Sam Claflin made his first public appearance since reports emerged he has split from his girlfriend of two years, Cassia Amato. The actor, 38, joined The Count Of Monte Cristo cast at the photocall during the Rome Film Festival on Saturday, ahead of its premiere. Sam takes on the role of the young sailor, Edmond Dantès in the eight-part television series which is expected to be released later this year.
