Simone Holtznagel appeared to be in jovial spirits as she returned to Sydney from a relaxing holiday after her ex-boyfriend Jono Castano unveiled his new girlfriend. The Aussie model, 31, flashed a huge smile as she arrived back home after spending a few days soaking up the sun in the Whitsundays with her family. She had jetted off with her baby daughter Gia, seven months, who she shares with Jono, and her mother for a well-deserved break in the sunshine.
