Sir Elton John wears his old KNEECAP as a necklace as he turns heads at the premiere of new biopic Never Too Late - after joking 'there's not much left of me' following numerous surgeries

Sir Elton John turned heads after wearing his old kneecap as a necklace to the premiere of his new biopic Never Too Late during the 68th BFI London Film Festival on Thursday. The musician, 77, has had both knees replaced in recent years, as well his right hip following a fall, which forced him delay his farewell tour in 2021. Sir Elton teamed his smart brown suit with the unique jewellery which had been polished and trimmed with gold.
