Spencer Pratt and wife Heidi Montag have kept up with their annual tradition of visiting the pumpkin patch with their children ahead of Halloween. The two former stars of The Hills spent their Friday looking for the perfect pumpkins to take home and carve out less than three weeks before the dress-up holiday. Their two boys, Gunner, seven, and Ryker, almost two, appeared to be in heaven, running around the patch checking out all the different sizes and colors of pumpkins laid out on the ground.
