Britney Spears celebrated a minor miracle while on vacation in what appeared to be the Mediterranean. The singer, 42, shared a series of photos and video clips from her trip in carousel on Instagram Saturday, one day after making her final child support payment to ex-husband Kevin Federline. The former couple share sons Sean Preston, 19, and Jayden, 18. Spears shared a photo of her injured foot and another of a church, explaining, 'That's the church and foot picture that kept popping up in my phone for a week before I left !
