Emma Corrin is eyed up for leading role in 'progressive' Netflix adaptation of Pride And Prejudice
Emma Corrin could be set to follow in the footsteps of Keira Knightly with a new role. The actor, 28, has been eyed up for the lead in a new Netflix adaptation of Pride and Prejudice. The Crown star would play Elizabeth Bennet in the streaming giant's version of Jane Austen's 1813 novel, which is already in early development. The series is being written by Everything I Know About Love author Dolly Alderton, who is working on a 'progressive' version of the novel.
