Teddi Mellencamp dressed up as a toad for Halloween - which seemingly referenced to her married horse trainer, Simon Schroeder, whom she allegedly had a months-long affair with. It was claimed on Wednesday that the TV personality, 43, allegedly cheated on her estranged husband Edwin Arroyave with Schroeder before the former couple announced their divorce earlier this month. Simon had been training the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills alum's horse named Totally - who is also nicknamed 'Toad.
