Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz transformed into CIA spies in the first trailer for their thriller Back in Action this week - after his near-death experience on set. Filming came to a halt on the film due to a mysterious medical emergency involving Foxx, 56,in April 2023. Subsequently, filming for Back in Action relocated to Georgia, where Jamie was unexpectedly hospitalized. With the star now well on the road to recovery, Netflix dropped the teaser trailer showing Foxx and comeback star Diaz, 52, playing Matt and Emily, who, after retiring from their CIA spy careers to start a family, are unexpectedly pulled back into the world of international espionage when their cover is blown.
