Paul Mescal was left very red-faced on Saturday when his attempt at doing an Australian accent hilariously backfired. The Gladiator II actor, 28, who is currently Down Under to promote the upcoming movie, was asked if he could speak in an Aussie accent during a new interview. Speaking to news.com.au, the Irish star was asked to tell Aussies why they should see the Gladiator sequel, while speaking in the country's native accent.
