In what looked like a symbolic passing of the torch, original Wicked Broadway stars Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenoweth were on hand for the Los Angeles premiere of the much-anticipated film adaptation on Saturday. The two legendary stars of the theater, who portrayed Elphaba Thropp/Wicked Witch Of The West and Glinda The Good Witch Of The North, respectively, during the initial run on Broadway in 2003, were there in a respectful show of support.
