Chris Pratt was met with an abundance of support after revealing he gained 'fluff' after taking a month off from working out. On Thursday, the 45-year-old actor took to Instagram to share a video of himself back in his home gym after the holidays and encouraged fans to join him on the DEF Reset. The fitness challenge, also known as the Discipline Equals Freedom Reset, is a month-long workout plan sponsored by Jocko Fuel which includes master classes and other content to promote weight loss.
