Elisabeth Finch got slammed by a former colleague for trying to privately fundraise for pet supplies amid the Los Angeles fires. She is best known for lying to her colleagues at Grey's Anatomy about having a rare form of bone cancer. Her lies led to a Vanity Fair article exposing her as well as the Peacock documentary Anatomy of Lies. Eventually she resigned from her writing job on Grey's Anatomy amid the allegations against her.
