Kanye West reveals plans for his dream 'DROAM' city after neighbors called it 'delusional'

Kanye West has unveiled his plans for his dream city, called DROAM, on Instagram. The Gold Digger rapper, 47, shared his concept of a city located in the Middle East in which Ye controls every aspect of its form, function and use. Kim Kardashian's ex-husband's concept features 'undulating, walkable floors' as well as 'no windows' and a 'primitive, naturalistic approach.' Kanye originally conceived of the DROAM idea as part of the Los Angeles community of North Beverly Park.
