Kerry Katona's online clothing boutique has reportedly shut down and been struck off the register at Companies House. The former Atomic Kitten star, 44, launched the business, called Kerry's Boutique, back in 2020 and it quickly became a big success. However, according to new documents filed to Companies House, the business was dissolved 'via compulsory strike-off' on Christmas Eve. The document details the 'strike-off date of the company' as December 17 and the dissolution date of the company as December 24.
