Orange Is the New Black star Taryn Manning sparked concern on Monday as she looked unrecognizable while stepping out in Los Angeles. The actress, 46, looked markedly different from her previous public appearances, looking disheveled as she posed at night while sitting on the trunk of a car with a Trump/Vance sticker. She was far from her red carpet glamour, appearing disoriented and with a visible red scratch on her hand.
