Sam Mac's idyllic winter wonderland family vacation in Switzerland has been marred by a shocking medical emergency. The Sunrise weatherman, 42, was enjoying a snow drenched holiday with fiancé Rebecca James and their two children Margot, two, and Mabel, five months. He took to Instagram on Thursday to reveal a 'nightmare' end to the dream holiday, after Rebecca fell and broke her wrist in two places, requiring surgery. Sam shared a photo that showed him cradling his injured wife as she sat on a hospital bed with her arm in a sling.
