She's rarely kept in the shade, but that's exactly what happened to this particular actress on Sunday evening as the 81st annual Golden Globes got underway in Los Angeles. On what transpired to be a special night, for she would go on to win the fourth Golden Globe of an illustrious career, she was accompanied by her son on the red carpet outside the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Dressed in an elegant black tuxedo, crisp white dress shirt and bow-tie, the 23-year old - one of two sons - towered over his A-list mother as they posed for photos.
