A year before American Pickers alum Frank Fritz died, aged 60, on September 30 - his attorney filed a 'will prior to death' to 'safe-keep' the document, which was approved by an Iowa judge on October 18. But on December 30, an attorney for an unnamed female friend of the antique collector entered his appearance in the sealed case on her behalf - according to The U.S. Sun. Then a third attorney filed a petition in probate last week to 'set aside will and jury demand' aka challenge Frank's original will.
