On Friday, a source close to the 52-year-old actor revealed to PEOPLE that he is 'casually dating.' 'This doesn't seem to be a focus though,' the insider added. They also noted that the Good Will Hunting actor is 'very focused on work,' saying that, 'if he's not filming, he spends long days at his office.
