Christy Carlson Romano was 'shot in the face' while taking her husband out for his birthday. The 40-year-old former Disney Channel star - who has been married to producer Brendan Rooney since 2013 - revealed her idea to take her spouse clay pigeon shooting resulted in her sustaining multiple painful injuries. After getting hurt due to an 'unsafe firing' that came from another party, Romano was rushed to hospital.
