Gemma Collins helped a woman shove her car out of a ditch during a late-night car journey on Wednesday. The former TOWIE star, 44, was on her way home from a shoot when she came across a woman whose car was stuck in a ditch. The media personality - who was dressed in sparkly ballgown - didn't hesitate to help the woman out. Sharing a video to her Instagram, Gemma and the friends she was travelling with hopped out of their car to help out, saying: 'I can't leave a young girl stranded.
