He burst into the limelight in 2012 as the Northern heartthrob who found love with Vicky Pattison on Geordie Shore. Yet a decade on from his TV debut, Ricci Guarnaccio is unrecognisable from the fresh-faced hairdresser who ended up quitting the show after his toxic relationship with fiancée Vicky fell apart. Ricci, 38, returned to the show in 2022 when it was picked up by Paramount+ but in his years away from TV screens he spent more than £50,000 on plastic surgery, now admitting that he's 'addicted' to going under the knife.
