My Name Is Earl star Ethan Suplee has branded celebrities promoting Ozempic 'irresponsible' as he remarked that the drug is being used as a fad diet which will fail. The actor, 48, has dropped almost 300lbs during his weight loss journey after weighing an estimated 550lbs at his heaviest back in 2002. However the star confessed to MailOnline that his dramatic weight loss didn't bring him happiness as he explained 'I'm not really a fan of people that are not clinically obese using these drugs to just get like super thin.
