Tom Grennan has revealed he was hospitalised with a shock leg injury on Monday. The singer, 29, surprised his fans when he took to his Instagram Stories to share photographs of himself lying in bed with a cast around his right leg. The Lionheart hitmaker was dressed in a purple hospital gown but remained coy about how the injury came about in an accompanying caption. He wrote: 'Road to recovery,' along with crutch emojis alongside the snap.
