Charlotte Dawson has admitted she's 'struggling' and feels like her unborn baby is 'coming every minute' as she gave a candid pregnancy update on Saturday. The reality TV star, 32, is currently 37 weeks pregnant with her third child with fiancé Matthew Sarsfield, and her little girl is due at the beginning of March. But as her due date grows ever nearer, Charlotte confessed that she's finding the final stages difficult, especially with her baby resting on her bladder.
