Shaughna Phillips has dissolved her plump lip filler and has confessed that she is 'shocked' by the results in a candid Instagram clip on Saturday. The Love Island star, 30, who appeared on the first winter series of the ITV dating show in 2020, revealed that she has removed the collagen from her lips and is feeling positive about the decision. In the reel, Shaugna confessed that this is the first time since turning 16 that she has not had hair extensions or lip filler as she admitted she was 'at her most natural'.
