But Strictly Come Dancing champion Chris McCausland has revealed that one of his worst injuries while on the show didn't come while he was practising one of his routines, sharing that he was 'ripped apart' while replicating a TikTok move. The blind comedian, 47, made history when he and his professional partner Dianne Buswell were crowned winners in December.
