Teen Mom stars Catelynn Lowell had an emotional reaction to finding out that she was allegedly 'blocked' from contacting her daughter, Carly, by her adoptive parents. Since making the difficult choice to place her first child up for adoption as a teenager, alongside her now-husband Tyler Baltierra, in 2009, the reality star, 32, has endured a complicated relationship with her eldest's adoptive parents, Brandon and Teresa Davis. During Thursday's episode of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, Lowell broke down in tears as she spoke with her and Baltierra's adoption counselor, Dawn.
