The couple defiantly posed for sweet snaps together at the TV sensation's 21st birthday bash just hours after rumours of a 'rocky patch' in their relationship emerged. Jake, 28, looked in good spirits as he attended the event, wearing a navy cardigan over a white t-shirt along with black jeans and white trainers with a grey trim.
