Former footballer Steve Claridge has laid bare the depths of his gambling addiction during his playing days. The 58-year-old enjoyed a distinctive career that spanned over four decades over various levels with his most notable spells at Weymouth, Cambridge United, Birmingham City, Leicester City, Portsmouth and Millwall. Claridge's longevity saw him play in over 1,000 professional or semi-professional football matches. However, in an interview with Under the Cosh, Claridge opened up about his biggest battle as a player.
