Kristin Cavallari has officially found a buyer for her 6,788-square-foot chic country estate in Franklin, TN thanks to her realtor Tim Thompson. Last Friday, the 38-year-old Let's Be Honest podcaster's 28-acre property went under contract for $8.9M - according to TMZ - nine months after she put it on the real estate market for $11M. The sale comes two months following Kristin's decision to slash $1.05M off the price of the three-story, single family residence three years after telling My Domaine: 'This is home as far as I can see into the future.
