Blues-Oilers NHL game turns into wild melee as goaltender Jordan Binnington tees off on Corey Perry
The NHL game between the Oilers and Blues turned into a melee less than 10 minutes in as St. Louis goaltender Jordan Binnington threw several punches at Edmonton star Corey Perry. Eight minutes into the game, Perry attempted to corral a loose puck and went into the goalie crease to do it, making contact with a downed Binnington and picking up the initial penalty for interference. Binnington did not like the deliberate move and immediately got up and punched Perry in the back of the head, sending him to the ice.
