Dallas ace Doncic, 25, was being asked about his performance when what sounded like a female groaning could be heard in the room.

He looked completely lost as giggles rang round the reporters.

"OK, moving on," said one to end the hilarious exchange as everybody got back to business.

The Mavericks leveled the Western Conference semifinals series at 1-1 with a 119-110 victory.

Doncic has been struggling with a sprained knee and the soreness was clearly still there.

But his shooting returned to normal as he racked up 29 points.

"It was just my mentality," Doncic said.

"I think today was one of the hardest games I had to play. I'm battling out there.

"I try and do my best to help [the] team win with just my mentality.

"Have a great start, and then the team's going to follow me."

Doncic also recorded 10 rebounds, seven assists, three steals and a blocked shot.

Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and his wife Hailey Summer have welcomed their first baby.

SGA, 25, presented his son Ares Alexander to the world in an Instagram post on Tuesday.

Gilgeous-Alexander posted a picture of Ares alongside a sign with information about his birth.

The baby boy arrived at 10:25 pm on April 25 and weighed 7.3 pounds.

Fans sent lots of love to Shai and Hailey in the comments, celebrating together with the new parents.

"Future All-Star like his pops… Let's win this chip for him," one wrote.

"Congrats to you both!!!" another added.

"Congrats y'all!!! Blessings on blessings," a third said.

"Future Thunder GOAT right there," one wrote.

Gilgeous-Alexander and Summers likely welcomed Ares together as the Thunder were off on the day he was born.
