Fears grow for ex-NBA star Delonte West as he's spotted stumbling and disorientated in concerning parking lot video - days after suffering medical emergency following arrest

Troubled former NBA guard Delonte West has resurfaced after his most recent arrest and did not look to be in the best shape. Video captured in a parking lot in Alexandria, Virginia shows the former Boston Celtics star roaming around in the early evening on Thursday. West was seen wobbling around and appeared to be strung out as he kept putting his hands to his head. According to TMZ, West has been known to frequent that parking lot and that it isn't in a great part of the DC suburb.
