Love Island Australia star Anna McEvoy looks very different after having her prominent lip filters dissolved last year. Celebrity watchdog account Before & After Influencers posted a gallery of snaps to Instagram on Monday, to show the amazing transformation McEvoy had undergone. The before photos captured Anna with full and voluminous red lips which framed her slender facial features. However, in the after picture, McEvoy allowed her natural beauty to speak for itself in a wedding snap with her groom in which she sported far thinner lips.
